Export and import goods are divided into 3 groups:
Authorized product: It is a product whose export or import does not require obtaining a license in accordance with the rules.
Conditional product: It is a product that can be exported or imported by obtaining a license.
Prohibited product: It is a product whose export or import is prohibited according to the holy law of Islam or according to the law.
The government can prohibit the export or import of some goods in compliance with the relevant laws. The type and specifications of the goods of each of the three mentioned cases will be determined based on the regulations prepared by the Ministry of Commerce and approved by the Council of Ministers. The criterion of commerciality of the goods and the manner of issuing, renewing and revoking the commercial card will be according to the executive regulations that will be approved by the Board of Ministers. The Ministry of Commerce is obliged to prepare general changes to the executive regulations of this law and the tables attached to the export and import regulations before the end of each year to be sent to the next, and their specific changes during the year, after seeking opinions from the relevant institutions and the chamber, while regularizing the school fees, and then Publish the approval of the Cabinet for public information.
